Looking for American style fridge freezer and Storrington, my local branch, recommended the Brighton showroom. What an amazing place so many to look at and choose from. When we arrived we were asked if we needed help and we said not yet and we were left alone to open doors and measure it was perfect. We then spoke to a very smart polite and knowledgeable young man who helped us to choose what would suit us best. Delivery was very quick and we had the fit and take away service which is well worth it. The 2 men were also exceptional in the professional service they offered. Once again well done Carters

Very well mannered staff. It was Sunday and I needed help with printing urgently. Printing shops around that area were closed. So I went to this place and asked for help. I wasn?t there for buying anything but asked if they can help me with the printing. The staff were really nice and helped me. Thank you

Excellent service. Shop took my order on 17/3/23 and goods delivered 21/3/23 to Yorkshire. The person in the shop was helpful and polite. Thank you. I will definitely use Carters again even though they are not local to me. Good service is worth the delivery cost

Rang up Thursday lunch time about an integrated dishwasher as mine finally gave up ghost and wasn?t happy just before hosting 16 this night! Didn?t have the one I had seen on website but I said do you have any others for collection today. He said we have one in our distribution centre (which was closer to home). Sales order was raised and emailed. Went to Storrington. Paid by card and put straight into back of car. All installed by 5. Outstanding service!

Service absolutely awful, one particular member at Storrington either need firing or training in good customer relations. Oh yes, I have been waiting since the beginning of August for an integrated frigfreezer. First one fitted was condemned as not fit for service, my replacement is hanging around in some warehouse and no one will commit to when it will be fittedn now approaching four months. Yes challenging times indeed for Carter's, Will not be back even though I am moving house in New Year.

very helpful customer service when purchasing and delivering but the product has turned out to be a disaster. Leisure Cookmaster CK100G232C 100cm Gas Range Cooker is very cheaply made, one oven door has become displaced , we are constantly having to replace knobs which are covered in plastic silver foil which flakes off, design fault, the main oven no longer lights automatically. Will never buy this product again though I would visit Carters
