Care Opticians Sussex are brilliant. Their communication is great; they respond quickly to our residents optic needs and change correctional frames in a timely fashion. They are friendly and consistent in their approach. An extra positive is that the same staff members come to the home every time and this consistency is really beneficial to our client group. It creates consistency in care and approach and our residents have gotten to know them and enjoy their visits; especially through covid when interaction with others is limited. Great adherence to infection prevention control that ensures they keep our residents safe too. 5 stars!

Great service, my dad has dementia and mobility difficulties. James visited with a lot of kit he needed for the test all packed efficiently into a backpack and a couple of briefcases. Test was carried out sympathetically to my dad's needs and now he can at least read his mail. Ipen delivered the reading glasses and ensured they fitted my dad and were suitable. Highly recommended for anyone with mobility difficulties.

Excellent service. I thought it would be a real uphill struggle to sort out glasses for my mother in her care home. Not so, it was a walk in the park dealing with Care Opticians. Communication was easy and very friendly. Special thanks to Jen who efficiently emailed me and returned my call in the blink of an eye. Fantastic, thank you so much.

Jim & the team at Care Opticians provided a fantastic service, taking time & attention to detaill with my dad?s vascular dementia and managing to make a real difference to his vision. I can highly recommend them for the friendly and caring service they provided & thank them very much.

We are a residential care home that has been using Jims services for several years. A friendly, professional approach is always received and our residents find him to be very personable. Jim will always take the time and is very understanding with our residents. If we ever need to contact them for additional services they are always very accomodating. Thank you Jim.
