The staff of Card Factory at London Road MJ Lorraine Sue Summer & Tracey are fantastic always very helpful and take you to the cards you ask for when you ask them so 10/10 in my eyes ??????????????????

Walked in to the warm greetings of a nice young woman called Jess. She made me feel welcome and showed me the selection of cards for my son's birthday. I will definitely be coming back for any occasion that requires gifts! Thank you to this kind woman. 5 stars.

Every staff member is extremely lovely! However, i must say cardfactory must supply air conditioning instead of one tiny fan for a large shop. I actually wanted to walk out and go else where due to this. It?s so bad how they don?t supply this for their customers and more importantly their own staff.

Unfortunately I?ve had terrible customer service twice in a row in this shop, would rather spend a little extra at W H Smith just down the road. In my opinion when I have visited the staff are not interesting in creating an efficient shopping experience, seem bored!
