I really like this coffee. The staff was very correct (the waitress and the waiters) and the atmosphere was very calm. And the outside tables are ideal for smoking.

Toilets are like a baseball match. A bit hit and miss and smell a bit sometimes. The food is average and the front of store always looks kinda trashy. However, tarted up to look fancy, and then they slap a couple extra quid on the price for their tartness so charging like 50 quid for a plain ham sandwich.
It's less pretentious than a Starbucks, so that's not bad. Good seating and decent coffee.

Disgusting attitude from both staff members on this evening (8.11.24) asked about allergens to only get ignored, I had to repeatedly ask to only get brushed off. If looks could kill?

Wow the toilets were disgusting. We're talking flies, not just one or two - lots of flies buzzing around, and even at points flying out into the wider cafe. Fully gross to the point it's raises big hygeine concerns for the whole place.

Popped in here very early this morning before my Waitrose shop. The trainee barista made an excellent decaff soya cappuccino and the place had a really chill vibe - not too busy, not too quiet, and relaxing music too.

Isn't have Aircon, It would be great if they could fix it. We had my son's birthday there. They have hypoallergenic, vegan and gluten free products. It was great to eat their cakes and soft drinks, the coffees Delicious, the staff may have mistakes, nobody is perfect, but their kindness is innate.

Very bad attitude. I was choosing my coffee from the menu, the waitress (with curly hair & glasses) was very impatient, didn?t like having to wait, just looked at me with her arms crossed, very rude. When I finally made my order, she even made faces & when I was sitting down enjoying my breakfast, she was bad mouthing me with the other staff. Right in my face, sooo unacceptable.. So unlucky to come across this type of horrible attitude (without me doing anything wrong) on a nice sunny Saturday morning. Super bad experience. Never experienced something so BAD?
