Popped in this branch for a coffee yesterday afternoon . Nero is one of my favourite cafes and i am very particular about my latte .The young man ,who severed me was very friendly and polite but i was so impressed that he made me my favourite latte! Which is single shot, extra hot & skinny . I was pleasantly surprised that he created the perfect latte for me! Well done & thanks so much????

The place was tired and in a state of disrepair. The stairs down to the toilet were dirty and the toilet was dirty and smelly. My first and last visit.

Have you guys met the barista called Kat? She is even more amazing than the coffee that was really delicious. Great customer service goes a long way.

Dirty, the toilets were vile and had a fly infestation. We all felt unwell after we ate there too. My son was sick twice.

It is ok. Long queues and the tea isn't that good. I only come here with free vouchers, otherwise I would go elsewhere.

What a disgusting dirty shop 10am the floors was heavily stained with filth the glass food cabinet was full off old crumbs and you could just make out the cakes as the glass was covered in hand prints.
That put me right off purchasing a cake I don?t think that had been cleaned in months.
A trip to the loo well I didn?t even get there just full off grime it was appalling.
I would never go back in there perhaps the staff should try cleaning instead of vaping and being on there phones.

My local coffee shop, not too busy in the morning. Great coffee, friendly staff. The pistachio cake is amazing.
