Really, they are more interested in chatting than serving. No queue and they still wouldn't serve. With so much choice it surprises me but I suppose they just don't care.

me and my partner came for brunch here, had a lovely coffee made for us and a warm toasty! a nice cheaper alternative as there are a lot of expensive coffee shops in the lanes etc and so if you can't afford that, this gives you a chain place thats still made well to go to!

It's a nice spot, and even some padded comfy chairs! It means a lot it's why I make the extra effort due to chronic pain, thanks Nero! friendly staff, always tempting me with different blends :) yesterday Columbian, today Brazil ! £4:20 with Oatmilk a little pricey but free WiFi, Loyalty Card, feels more relaxed here, nice chilled Italian piano music the other day, they'll heat up the toasted sandwiches which was nice, Wheelchair access. Toilet. Cakes n treats, soft drinks. Outside seating in the sun ?. Some beggars scan this area so keep personal items safe. 5*s

This Nero branch is small and cozy, delivering exactly what you'd expect. Seating can be a challenge due to its size, but it's one of the last coffee shops to close, which is convenient. Staff all having a nice chat, had to clear table before sitting down. All tables full of dirty cups etc. coffee nice but won?t bother again

Got a too good to go bag with just 3 croissants in it, what a joke. If you have nothing of the 10 pound value to give at the end of the day then just say so instead of wasting people's time and money.
