So first of all wow, they don?t even have the brain cells to a as put my payment through like crikey I know you work at Burger King but come on ! And then it takes them another 10 minutes to think to tell that my payment hasn?t gone through. So finally I get my stupid food I sit down and it was verry uncomfortable so I moved to another seat as the place was empty (no surprise) and there was a metal thing under my table which was very discomforting. Why can?t they just glue it to the ground just simple as that. Now this one is a shocker I got a cup and went to get some water and to my disappointment the machine didn?t even work and I?m not going to help the b-tech McDonald?s out by buying a bottle water so I got ice and waited for it to melt. Absolutely appalling! Don?t come hear the staff are clueless ! DISCUSTING I HATE IT

Rahul Ignatius is a disgrace to his profession and should be instantly dismissed. He humiliated a Crohn's disease sufferer in front of a full restaurant, demanding she hand over a pound coin there and then - obviously seeing you was struggling. Unfortunately due to this she had spoilt her attire by the time she had located the change for him.

No social distancing enforcement, people were piling in and effectively standing on top of one another. Tables were dirty and had remains of other peoples' meals on them. The food was far too expensive for it's quality.

I bought a homeless guy 3 cheese burgers and a latte, He loved it and the staff were really happy and delivered a great service, Well done guys

Ordered a whopper with cheese, fries, drink, standard stuff. The Deliveroo was excellent, got the burger around 20 mins after order. Sadly it was stone cold, under cooked, so much so that the slice of cheese hadn?t even begun to wilt, much less melt. Massive disappointment - steer clear.

Where do i begin, They were grumpy and unhappy here. We ordered 2 large chips and onion rings, we received 2 onion rings and thats all . We asked where the chips were and man said oh you wanted chips. I told him what we ordered and we had to pay and wait again, we only eat one bag of onion rings and we never ordered 2 and it was to much. the chips were cold and soggy and the onion rings were overcooked. I was going to have a fish burger but I found out they cook the meat and fish in the same oil. Vegans beware they do the same with your vegan burgers. I wrote an email to complain and they just said they will take it into consideration. They obviously haven't heard of diet requirements and how dangerous it can be. I wouldnt ever eat here again

Mir went seriously above and beyond for us.. just expected a standard service but mir went out of the way just to make our trip enjoyable.. highly recommended to all my friends.. mir is a serious asset to you guys!!!.. all the best.

Sheltering from horrendous rain, the nearest place was a Burger King. The food was ok, service was pleasant but quite slow. It was ok if you need something to eat but nothing special or memorable. But it's wasn't expensive so can't really complain.

Visited today with my husband and granddaughter, staff were inattentive and very slow, sauce dispensers dirty and floor covered in sauce and mayonnaise, tables not very clean, food average and tasteless, toilets impossible to access even with the code, I definately would not return, and should have known better as there was hardly any customers.

I haven't been there, but seeing a fast food chain at the beautiful Brighton's seafront it's a disappoint. There are plenty of options in Brighton to have all type of meal for all budgets. Please, don't eat in fast food restaurants in this beautiful city.

Burger King Brighton is nice with friendly service and assistance with toilets you have to get a pass to use and the app can only be used once per person per day but it saves in central Brighton which is quite expensive. Worth a visit and loads of seats available

I went to the good ol BK the other day. Was served by a heroic guy called Jonathan. My wife went into labour right in the middle of the store and he was there by my side to help give birth to my first child. I named my first child after him ever since then. I pray to God to thank him every day that he was there to help out in such a tough time. I don't know what I would've done without those hands of his. He's agreed to be the godfather of our child and rightly so. Love you John xxx The food wasn't that good.

Went in to this establishment after the Gay Pride and it was very busy. Food was ok toilets filthy you have to get a voucher from the checkout in order to go to the toilet the whole thing is a nightmare clearly no one has thought about this, they have ques for drinks ques for food and ques for the toilet. When people's vouchers are not scanning they go back to the checkout and the whole process gets slowed down as staff don't know whether they are coming or going.

AWFUL! i am disgusted, firstly i noticed non of the staff where wearing gloves or hair nets or anything, then when i ordered the customer service seemed like they hated every second of interaction, then i ordered my food and found something was missing so i took it back and they where surprisingly polite which was a contrast from before, after they made me a new burger i noticed it was still missing what i took it back for! by then i had left, i think they guy who served it did it on purpose as he was so passive aggressive! VERY DISAPPOINTED and annoyed, first time visiting brighton and this really pulled my experience down

One of the dirtiest Burger Kings that I have ever been to, that it was 3am was certainly not a fair excuse, they were open to the public, they know the "state" that the public would be in and simply are never staffed accordingly, an absolute let down to the entire Burger King group.

A guy called Jamie served me although his name on the till was Daniel. He stepped up to the mark. I'm sure Mister Daniel Raska is lovely but this dude helped me out to the max. He deserves a medal. I have visited this Burger King on several occasions, mainly for it's convenient location. Service can be poor. With some staff, it can take a while to communicate your order, but they have always got it correct so far. There is plenty of space to eat, but it is not at all cosy.
The prices are usually quite high for fast food, but there are some brilliant offers in their app. I would not buy anything from here without it.
Other things to bear in mind: No WiFi, long queues at times, Toilets are free with any purchase or £1 otherwise.

Awful not a place I'd ever visit again staff morale seems abysmal but to be fair I don't blame them the way I've heard management talk down to Customer Team Members is absolutely atrocious. There is also a issue with very shady individuals walking in stirring up a commotion. While no this is not burger kings issue and I wouldn't take a star away I wouldn't recommend taking the family to this establishment at early evenings. I also find it absolutely astonishing how awful their food is, and henceforth the primary reason why i have taken away 3 stars. I've never been to a burger king that has left their burgers in the heat rack for so long. I visited this establishment multiple times to see if I just was unlucky and got a burger that was left for too long. But no they ore make and leave said burgers to sit and grow stale. It felt like I was eating beef between two dry crackers. Absolutely awful which I feel is a resultant of poor management. I feel there needs to be changes in this system like maybe lowering the limit on time this food sits there. Either way it's a bit of luck they have cheap food and are centered right in the heart of Brighton meaning people can either go there or walk a distance to get something cheap and fast somewhere else. I have no doubt this place would have shut down if that wasn't the case and it's attributed to poor leadership.
