I am now in Spain, with my 3 year old, having a gastro, she is vomiting and having fever. The hospital where we brought her is registered with BuPA international and it’s been 20 minutes over the phone trying to get BUPA’s approval. It’s just ridiculous. They are horrible I am taxi driver just dropped off customer they issued me £100 fine for just dropping off customer. Their customer service is horrible. I would say never ever go there .

The customer service is dreadful. We are a provider and BUPA Global have multiple times approves payment of the treatment, then once its done, and sometimes paid, they reverse the decision and either don't pay or take the money back.
