“Today, after I finished work, I broke the key in my padlock for my e scooter and was in a panic and getting distressed. I went to your Brighton branch, praying that they could help.

The customer service assistant, John Paul, was amazing and told me not to worry and he would sort it out for me with bolt cutters and a new padlock. He checked the stock and found what would be a good match for me.

John Paul could see how panicked and distressed I was - I was almost in tears - and he went above and beyond to help.

I would like the manager of the store to know this and for him/her to give praise and recognition to John Paul for everything he did to help me in my time of urgent need.
