David, George and Jack have been extremely helpful in creating a pair of wonderful glasses for me. It was not a standard request and involve them spending a great deal of time sourcing lenses for my particular frames. David made a fantastic job of creating a pair of customised glasses for me. George was amazing at making adjustments on them so they became very comfortable. The lenses are the best I?ve ever had. Jack was very helpful and he?s a great communicator. I?m very happy to recommend their establishment and services. I will definitely consult them. Next time. I need a pair of glasses. They are top chaps and create high-quality spectacles and lenses. I think they?re very much for their patience and fantastic service.

We ve now purchased two sets of glasses with Bromptons and the service by George and Jack has been brilliant each time . The range of glasses for sale are vast, quirky, fresh modern and classic and the price point is competitive. Both members of staff know thier trade and you are instantly put at ease when visiting with a no pressure approach to hard sales , its actually a great experience when choosing glasses at Bromptons .Great service , great shop , great people .

Walked in. The two men didn?t even acknowledge us. We were looking around for at least 5 minutes. Not a word. We left. Said nothing. A real shame as they had such a wonderful selection of glasses.

Amazing service at Bromptons Brighton. Friendly, helpful, impeccable taste and kind.My scratched lenses were replaced without request after nearly two years use. The glasses I originally purchased have stood the test of time. Cannot recommend more highly

Fabulous opticians! I am so thrilled with my new glasses! The guy (I?m sorry I didn?t get his name!) had so much time for me, all the patience in the world and he was so knowledgeable - it was the glasses he picked out for me that I ended up buying! 3 pairs of them in different colours! Love them!

I've had a great experience with these guys. True professionals. I've had problems with high street opticians that Bromptons we're able to put right at their expense. I now have a perfect pair of specs because of these guys. Now I won't go anywhere else

I have been a customer of Bromptons since 2017 and have always received an impeccable, professional yet friendly service from all the team. It?s the kind of service that seems to be from a bygone era where the customer is treated with the utmost respect (the team, however, are not from another era and have their finger most certainly on the pulse of the latest trends). The opticians service is second to none, whilst on the shop floor the team are honest but never pushy, with great judgment and knowledge on the products and most importantly, the requirements for my eyesight. They have gone over and above in helping me find the right frames and lenses for my needs and I couldn?t be happier. If only every shop had the customer service provided here.
