Alan saved a pair of near dead Birkenstocks which several High Street Big Name repair companies had written off. He created cork filler for the split cork bases, they feel really strong, you can hardly tell the difference. Brilliant. He's now my go-to person for shoe repairs and all the other stuff he does

Of my recent visits, twice now they have talked me out of making adjustments to boots, saying, it won't work as I expect. That's 2 lots of business they turned down because they know what they are doing - looking after their customers.Friendly with it. Highly recommended.
