Turn up at 13:20 because the sign says lunch 12:30-13:00.
And there's just a handwritten notice on the door saying "back at 13:30".
So I get to wait for 10 mins in the cold.

If you can get through by phone (because they often don't answer) you'll probably find the pharmacist is really rude and abrupt. Would not recommend.

I'd give no stars if i could, constantly delays with prescription they no ive run out and yet it seems like they hold on to it for and some medication you're not suppose to just stop, always saying it'll be done that day then when you call they say the next day absolutely ridiculous, can't fault all the staff as there is a couple that are lovely, will be going elsewhere, don't hold your breath to get you medication on time no matter how early your doctor sends it to them.

Booked an online appointment via boots website for a vacination @ 4.30pm,was given the options of choosing this store and time, went there today,paid for parking walked into the boots store only to be told by a rude elderly lady that this is no longer done here, no apology or explanation, BOOTS these people represent your company ,TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME

Seem unable to answer the phone - if customers are sick, they don?t want a wasted journey if the opening hours aren?t kept to or items are not in stock - the phone is there for a reason!

I am sorry... is this a joke? Some of us w disabilities need our prescriptions asap and don't have the time/resources/energy to keep chasing/coming back... this was at 10.10am today and the 2 staff members were inside looking at me.. Also why don't u open the shop bit at least if u can't open the actually farmacy... Who does that? because the staff is late? Am I being unreasonable?

The worst chemist in all of Kemptown. If you want helpful, polite staff and if you want friendly advice avoid like the plague. Half the time they don't open on time. All the time they don't answer the phone.The staff chat and gossip at the back and dont acknowledge your presence and if you dare to ask for service you're made to feel in the wrong. Stuck up and unapprochable pharmacist. Staff are lazy and don't care for customers. Had a repeat prescription there for over five years and each week it was late or missing items. Avoid if you can!!!!

The staff here are all very friendly!However, the store seems to close for lunch every day at around 12/13:00, yet they won't update their opening times to reflect this. My Google edits have even been reverted back by the store.Lastly, my prescriptions always seem ready to be picked up just before close!
