The old guy on duty had locked the door by 9:40 (20 minutes before closing time) and refused to open it because all the horses had finished racing. Even though I was trying to claim a winning bet. Extremely rude and unhelpful.

If you want a good bet then bet away here at betfred, staff happy, friendly, helpful, polite and professional, the odds are good and the goods are odd, happy betting but I feel the betting shop will always win (stay away from the roulette machine)
