Being a Mum of teens and nearly 50 I've lost track on products and how to apply them. I popped into the Brighton store on a whim and Chloe couldn't have been more helpful. She kindly showed me how to apply (quickly, as I didn't have much time on the day and my morning routine is a squeeze!) a full face of natural style makeup. Thank you, your kindness and professionalism shone through and I loved the look. I would thoroughly recommend the Brighton counter.

I popped in for a new brow pencil, and left feeling cared for and refreshed.
Elysia was so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable of all the products, and what could work for me.

Had a lovely experience at the Benefit Counter with Hollie. She kindly approached me while I was stocking up on skincare and offered to try Benefit products. Confidently advertising the products, she made a smooth application and provided necessary information about what the products are and how to get the best use out of them. All of that while entertaining me with fun small talk. After such a nice presentation, I decided to treat myself with one of the Benefit fantastic cleansers. Thanks, Hollie!

I had the opportunity to have my brows waxed, tinted and also got my upper lip waxed for the first time by Megan. She was very kind and lovely, asked what I liked and disliked about my brows and what I would like done to my brows. She was also gentle and informative, answering questions that I had. Great experience.

I am visiting Brighton from Milton Keynes and popped into Boots yesterday, to replenish my benefit make-up.Megan was great! Friendly, patient, attentive and a good sales woman, who I trusted would give me her sound professional advice. She is an asset to the benefit brand.The only thing I would recommend is that I have already forgotten how and where to apply some of my makeup, for maximum results. I wish there was a pamphlet, that positions/techniques were marked, that illustrated a dab here and blend there - that I could then have taken away to replicate. I spent £133 on my purchases and I definitely want to get it right!Nevertheless a really good experience. Thanks, Megan!
