It's Mandatory to wear a face covering...Why not in your store.?..You allowed a group of 7 people to enter your store tonight 30/12/21 @ 17:00/17:15...This group of people were coughing,picking up food & putting it back & jollying around the whole store...Contaminating others. You have falsely advertised that People Are required to wear masks/face coverings...You let the people down that follow the rules...

23 December, busy as you might expect. Great place to catch Covid. Some staff weren't wearing masks, a lot of customers weren't. They tried a lot harder during lockdown: why not now when we have the highest number of new cases per day by a long way? I felt unsafe and got out as quickly as possible. I've heard Hollingbury ASDA is better. Maybe I'll try?

Incident took place between 1:30pm - 1:40pm on 7th Nov, 2021 on Aisle 12 near the till checkout. I was on a queue for check out at the front of a queue. A white woman (Asda member of staff) came and asked another person behind me (who is a white person) if he is using card and took him for faster payment to a special till. I was not asked despite being 1st in the queue, reason? Is it because I am someone with people of colour? ASDA mamanagement - please check your CCTV for validation if you care. So i got to Asda in brighton marina happy and good sprit, got to the duvet section trying to get out a king size duvet cover and guess what, i cut my fingers. Then I called onto an employee called Hallam, and showed him my bleeding fingers which I unfortunately didn't take a picture of when it was bleeding, i dont remember ever hearing a sorry but he did providee with some cotton ball and a bandage to cover it and I was like so your customer cuts their finger and you can't give something to the customer to feel better, even was like free chocolates you know, he sent me to the customer service desk, I got there explained myself to the customer service and she just said ok and i was like so there's nothing you can do to make me feel better like a coupon and she laughed, embarrassing me. Was very upsetting. So asda does not take care of their customers. Shameful. Unfortunately i dont have more evidences.

Car parking has been reduced to 2 hours stay with no notice. I won't be shopping here anymore. Can't be bothered to beg at customer services every week for more time. Never any staff there anyway, in fact never any staff to help you in the whole store?! I'm taking my money to Tesco. Meat and fruit and veg are questionable quality these days anyway at Asda. Looking forward to taking my money elsewhere.

I had a issue with my vehicle and couldn?t get it out the parking within the time limits. The assistant manager Daymon (hope I got that right) was so helpful and brilliant. He could see the stressful situation and managed to organise the vehicle on the computer system so I didn?t get a ticket and also called back to make sure everything was ok. He went beyond expectations

I came in to do my shopping, tried to use scan and go, but it didn?t work, I ended upasking three different members of staff, whoall passed the buck, eventually someone tried, but couldn?t fix it then shook his head and walked off. This is the third time I?ve hadIssues here. I spoke to a supervisor who seemed to think it was my vault for asking The wrong people ! She was extremely rude.I will start shopping somewhere else now.
