Carry . You are very rude person. I literally came to you saying excuse me twice i thought you didnt hear me . I called you again the third time and you were very rude to me and told me in a very bad attitude i will be with you wait a minute . I have no interest in talking to you. You could have politely tell me that i heard you when i took your name in the first place. But rather you chose to be rude. If you had a bad day do not take it out on me . Apple please take this into consideration she needs to leave the shop bcz you will loose customer and the trust we have on you

Took my iPhone for a battery change. The next day the phone started to build condensation clearly due to the phone not being resealed properly.Contacted Apple they booked an appointment for the next weekend. Only to be told to try dry it out by removing the sim tray.The phone Completely failed with in the next week and became unusable. Apple then booked me in the next weekend. They advised the phone would not be repaired because its water damaged and their work is 100 percent fail proof and would not have caused this issue that occurred after the repair.

What a disgrace! I went in and got the allotted time to come back, when i got back i had a further 20 mins wait at a table. I was told the phone had to be wiped and I'd loose all the data, i was then also told a wire/ cable had been broken and it would cost £365 but I could get a new basic phone for the same money. I went to Ismash out the front of Churchill sq. I didn't tell them what Apple said. He looked at it, said the battery was dead, fixed it, no loss of all that was on my phone for £50 shame on u Apple ! Your a con!

SHOCKINGLY CHAOTIC - EMBARRASSINGLY BAD - AVOID Overall very pleasant but incompetent, with 5 members of staff unable to resolve something simple or to advise me properly over 3.5 hours. On Saturday I attempted to get a simple kettle lead for a new purchase. After a trip to the store, I was told that I would need a Genius appt. After waiting 90 minutes for this, and making a second visit to the store, I was then still unable to get the simple lead that was sitting in house onsite. I was also told that I did not need the Genius appt that I was proposed to wait for. The appt was not actually provided for 30 minutes whilst I waited in store. Only via PHONE SUPPORT after this was I able to get what I needed. It would be more efficient to go to London to get support.

Really clean hi tech and knowledgeable I would steer clear of this branch. Wife went in with my iPad 9th generation (cost me £550) as was the closest running computer could find for my autistic daughter to use. In less than 10 minutes all she got for an answer from the gentlemen assigned to her was the replacement screen is poor quality the quality of repair was really below what should be expected and that it?ll cost the same price as getting another one. Asked for this in writing which he declined to do as was going to argue it out with company I paid to replace the screen. Also apparently the 9th generation aren?t designed to be repaired when they break they?re apparently meant to be replaced straight away. Once again said by the gentleman assigned to her, The person she gave it to then handed over a document which she signed then he explained they were taking the old unit away to recycle, so all the photos music I could?ve pulled off her memory are now gone, tried numerous phone calls to get it back but just keep getting buck passed as no one wants to take this issue seriously but whilst I?m chasing for my property back the apple member was chasing my wife for £280 for a reconditioned one which we queried as he had previously stated that the 9th generation iPad shouldn?t be repaired. I would steer clear off this outlet and find another branch of apple as how I feel as a customer is used, cheated, very angry as after I spoke with my wife and we talked through what happened we feel like the store scammed us out of our £550 iPad and then tried selling us another 1 which went against the gentleman we dealt with better judgement about 9th gen repairs.Satisfaction : 0Happiness : 0Feeling ripped off : 100%Recommend to anyone : too steer clear

Horrible church of apple. Staff over helpful. To easy to spend money. Crap products that last exactly the warrent then fail and cost over £500 for someone to look at and repair. .

Told me my MacBook Pro was water damaged. What a crock! The X key doesn't work properly. That's it. Caused by dust/gunk getting underneath over time.this should have been covered by keyboard replacement programme as they know it is a known issue. They wanted me to pay £600 to fix it! Absolute jokers. Avoid!
