Second time if has appalling service. Rush to make a Genius Bar appointment on time - left waiting 40 minutes before seeing a technician and it want a busy day. First bad experience was waiting over 2 weeks for a screen fix. No updates.

On August 22 2025 I took my Mac Air into the store because I had a whole day trying to sort out the problem I was having with it. I was met by a young lady called Laura (Think that was her name but she had green finger nails and many silver rings). She sorted out my problem in minutes. She had a fantastic personality and is a credit to the store.
If Apple reward their staff Laura deserves one.

The worst Apple Store I have been to. I have bought an iPhone 16e in early May which was defective and they replaced it but it took 3 weeks going back and forth, restoring my banking, etc. And then when they agreed to replace it one of the employees couldn?t sort out the credit as you use credit. In the middle of the process that same employee referred me to Apple Online Support, I was ignored, other customers were ignored, they called security because they thought I was aggressive. Very pathetic stuff. One time I had to approach the manager just to get the appointment. In the end, they have given me Magic Keyboard and a charger for as a ?compensation? but the experience was completely humiliating. Also went for the interview, the people person?s competency and hygiene could be much better. And this is not to hurt someone?s feelings, etc. It?s just an absurd.

Went to the Apple Store today with my iPad and iPhone. Thought I?d opened a scam email so decided to change the passwords. Nightmare - as then couldn?t get, or send, any emails. Fortunately Wassam was super helpful and sorted everything out for me. Panic over, and one very relieved customer.

Came in to ask about a simple charging issue as my laptop had no been charging on a couple of chargers.
Sam was super helpful and didn't make me feel stupid about coming in for such a basic thing. 10/10 customer service from Sam!

I purchased an Apple Iphone 16 pro max in December 2024 from Apple Brighton Shop.
This phone has not worked properly since I purchased it.
It needs constant charging, i have problems sending emails it says syncronising then goes into draft.
I have had it checked out by them and put in an official complaint.
I have been through Resolver but my messages are ignored
I am not happy with this phone and think it has been faulty from the start therefore I want it replaced under the Uk consumer rights law. This is my third Apple Iphone but I will never purchase an Apple product again. One customer service assistant told me it is an old phone now I purchased it 5 months earlier.

Called In the day before to make an appointment due to my screen not being an apple screen as had it repaired by someone else, asked if apple wanted the screen still on or off and they told us to get It removed and they?ll just put a new screen on, turned up to Apple Store in Brighton today and got told they can?t do it. Liars and clearly staff can?t communicate wasted money and time and for what? Now still no screen and no phone im pretty sure this is what Apple is for? Not to mess people about. Fuming isn?t the word to describe this and I hope no one ever tries to get their phone fixed and god forbid you don?t have a screen on it otherwise they?ll refuse service, thanks to whoever is answering these phone calls they are recorded as they say so look back at who even said to bring a screen less phone in then refuse to fix it.
