She helped me so much, even to put on the things I wanted to try and she was just the nicest.
The shop is gorgeous, clean and I love how everything is organised, there are so many things.

Went to Anne Summers Brighton today there customer service was absolutely professional, answered all my questions, really lovely lady called Leigh went out of her way to help us. We actually came back a second time to buy more. She was absolutely marvelous ?. Thanks to her posivity and uplifting spirits we will shop here again. Thank you Leigh really made mine and my boyfriend's day.

The team leader Leigh is always very friendly and approachable and has a vast knowledge of the full range of products. (Other team members are helpful too but Leigh seems to go above and beyond)
It?s easy to chat and ask her any questions you might have and she doesn?t make it embarrassing or awkward, it?s like chatting about what you are having for dinner rather than chatting with a stranger what you will be wearing to look sexy in bed

Visited this store to buy something that sparkles and feels good and I left feeling so happy with the level of service we received. Leigh was so helpful in getting what I needed and having it sent directly to my address. Jane was also a very friendly face as were the other staff members. Went in today (03/09/24) and had an absolutely brilliant shopping experience. The two young women working in there were just brilliant, very helpful, very informative and also great sales women, I will definitely going in for a more personal experience next time instead of shopping online.

I'd give 5 stars if they actually ever had my size in stock haha.
The lovely Edith though was really helpful, and offered to talk me through what styles would look like on and that I can click and collect to the store.
The only downside to this is that ann summers don't actually do my size full stop, I just happen to fit into my sister size in some of their styles and therefor like to try before I buy.

Lovely shopping experience. The shop assistant was super informative and playful and I also got a chance to joke around a bit with other customers. I would say I experienced sorority there ?? They lingerie is super cute and sexy, never tacky.

Lovely and accommodating staff! Unfortunately, I didn't catch their name, but the curly brunette staff member was absolutely amazing and helpful even though I arrived during closing time.

Im from France, so when i come in Brighton I didn?t knew my size. But I found the sweetest girl in this shop who help me so well ! I dont know her name (but she?s tall and has black hair, and a percing in her nose), so I really recommend this shop ! And the collection is gorgeous !

I went in to go buy the handcuff bracelets and the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the bracelet to fit me, I didn't manage to catch his name but a male staff member served me and was incredibly helpful and kind
