“What a gem, amazing quality items. Clean, tidy, so well presented. Great taste, I loved it and bought a lot. Although I felt they could do slightly better when it comes to customer service which was still great honestly. Lovely lovely people but while I bigged them up and expressed appreciation the two times visits, I somehow was made to feel I was given them extra work which is definitely true since I bought a lot and returned the next day to exchange just a few items that didn’t fit which I should be allowed. They were very nice indeed no question of it but It’s the sellers job to make my life easiest not the other way around. I worked in Support my whole life and personally would have tried to make the client feel valued and say it was no trouble at all. I get they are doing their best but feedback can only improve the experience of the next person. Again outstanding staff, it is just my personal perspective. I will still love to go back there again but certainly won’t buy lots at once. I can’t take away how great of a job they did overall in the choice and display of their merchandise compared to other shops. So I highly recommend it.”

“The staff are exceptional ...the male volunteer on Tuesdays,through to Wendy on Thursday and Lorna,the manager.They greet all the customers personally,which I feel must be important if they live alone.The products are very reasonably priced ,outstripping the other charity shops along Western Road...all in all superior shop run by superior staff...they really care.”
