My daughter and I went into this shop on the 7th April and the worker behind the till was so rude had short grey hair all we was doing was looking at the TESTERS of make up items won't be going back again as she always rude

The manager is very rude and unprofessional, very argumentative towards customers and even her own staff. Outraged by this.

The manager comes across very hostile and patronising towards staff members and customers, I have come across her talking down to employees on 2 different occasions and even complaining about an employee to a customer for ?not doing the job properly? Not professional at all.

Two Very vile female staff who like to comment Nasty things about teenage girl?s appearances , not only the girl they was speaking about over heard their rather loud chat, but so did 2 other customers . Clearly they are not comfortable in their own bodies so they have to criticise others .

A little bit underwhelming choice of goods. When you call yourself a Factory shop you think of lower prices, which is not the case here. They usually try to upswell at the till as well.
