Same as previous review. Security staff stare at you for no reason and make you feel you uncomfortable. This has happened when I have visited there before.
Today spoke to a young woman at cigarette kiosk as I needed the money exchange kiosk. She really did not have any customer facing skills and obviously did not want to talk to me. Found money exchange kiosk and it was closed on a Saturday. The staff member I spoke to, could not advise me this. Surely they could have opened it for an hour or 2.

Nothing nice to say about the store, from their unfresh lamb costed me 10 pounds to their buzzer going off for just no reason to their eye following around the store. I only go in for one or two items

14 checkouts I could see, only 2 being manned. Queues 4 - 5 deep at both checkouts.

Staff always very helpful

This was always my go to store, staff are helpful and friendly and could always get what I wanted, that is until the 'improvements' aka refit. Half the goods no longer stocked, including basics e.g. Benecol Light and packets of onions, reduced options on meat & chilled goods and fridges often empty. Feel very sorry for the staff having to deal with this.

Absolutely ridiculous, booked for vacation today and waited over 2 hours for simple FLU Jab. Lost the family dinner too. Not recommended at all.

Michael who works on the till when you check out was friendly and kind. He helped me with my new phone to scan the club card. He is always friendly and smiling. Michael is a credit to your store. Two thumbs up!!
