Looking at their star rating maybe this is a one off. We went there yesterday being fairly regular subway users. No one else in there. Ordered a garlic steak sub to be told no garlic oil. we decided to carry on though also ordering a steak and cheese sub and nacho with steak. We also made it a meal with one cold and one hot drink and two cookies. I then noticed that the subs had ben taken out of the heat and left on the side whilst the nachos were loaded. It looked a mess. We paid and left as we were already a bit late for were we were heading. My partner started to eat hers whilst i was driving. wow if that was 6 inches I would have been amazed. never had a sub that small. Her hot drink a white Americana coffee was black with no milk. We ended up having to buy a pint from a local store on route. As regards mine sub was not hot steak seemed chewable. The Nachos appeared to have no cheese plenty of salsa and Luke warm. Been here before no issues. Appeared neither staff member gave a ....... Will not return wasted money and still left hungry.

My partner and I were in here today and the young gentleman serving completely ignored us, we were waiting for a good 90 seconds with not even an acknowledgement that we were there although he did take the time to speak to a female colleague.

Staff are rude and unhygienic , they called my son stupid and an idiot at the age of 11 because he needed to make sure he has the right money . The same employee then told me it wasn?t them and my son had never been in. Bunch of really rude uneducated thick teenagers

I have no idea how they are allowed to sell food. Food hygiene is 0. All the staff need to be retrained in food handling (I honestly doubt that they have had any previous training)
I went yesterday as my kids love Subway, I placed my order, while it was being prepared I noticed how the staff were preparing orders. All the staff are wearing gloves, which looks great, however, you see them picking up meet using what they need then returning the rest to the box, moving to the cheese while wearing the same gloves again returning the rest back to the box, same with salad.
I took my order (I should not have done so, I should have cancelled it and walked away), I was completely disgusted with what I saw.
I would not recommend it to anyon, especially if you are vegetarian, vegan, have any food allergy or any special diet requirement.

Salad box wasn?t even half full. Not enough to feed an infant let alone an adult.
Why is it EVERY SINGLE TIME we order for delivery a side which includes a dip you NEVER supply the dip. Seeing as I?m paying for the dip are you not stealing money from me by not providing what I?ve paid for.
You are yet another in a long line of multinational corporations that could give a care in the world for customer satisfaction as you know there will always be another mug to feed your shareholders.

Efficiency is non existent in this shop. Used to be so much better. Absolute joke the amount of time you have to wait, especially when it gets busy. Other staff is literally just standing, gawping and waiting for you to get to their station instead of ensuring a smooth operation! Not what i know from other shops of this franchise
