Always happy staff at this Bexhill branch, the younger girl that fitted my glasses was so careful to ensure they fitted well and that I was happy with them. A first class service in my opinion.

Very impressed with bexhill specsavers. Friendly and helpfull staff . Work very well as a team.Optician , Des was excellent, very good eye test. Also he was understanding of my issues very professional and kind.Pru did my dispense so so helpful, patience and really went above and beyond.A big thank you to all. See you next year.

I have recently had an eye test and new glasses......2 designer pairs, varifocal, reactalight, etc. As usual a good experience. ALL staff courteous and go the extra mile. Glasses made up quickly and I believe cheaper than most of the competition. Thank you Specsavers.

Happy with my eye test, but the girl that was supposed to be helping me choose my glasses dissappear when I went to find he she left me and was sitting down with someone else. I've always been happy when Sam was there but a lot of new young staff. I guess I'll go look for another opticians for my glasses!

Thank you very much for saving me just before Christmas when my glasses had broken the morning before Christmas Eve and despite being told by the previous vendor(Asda Opticians, Eastbourne) that they were unable to fix them, you came through for me at the very last minute, quite literally before your Bexhill branch closing time and saved the day! This will never be forgotten so I booked an eye test with you a few days later when you reopened after Christmas and it was an excellent service from start to finish. I can't fault your amazing customer care!

I'm really happy with my new glasses. Again, staff members I interacted with at Specsavers were professional: welcoming, polite and able to answer any questions I had. Thank you.PS: I've just received confirmation with regard to my left eye cataract op. That's going to happen on December 29th 2023, so all being well, I'll see you sometime in early 2024. Merry Xmas.

Really lovely staff in this branch who go above and beyond to help you .I was seen last minute, my only gripe is that I would have liked to be told that the person who tested my eyes was so unwell ,I have compromised immune system and can't afford to be unwell, but unfortunately, I have now gone down with a virus after being in a tiny room with someone coughing and spluttering .Please allow staff to stay away from close contact with customers if they are contagious. We shouldn't still be learning this .Otherwise, a perfect service .
