Always use Screwfix Bexhill as the staff there are superb and so knowledgeable. Today was served by Bill who was brilliant. Dan and Jo were also there and combined to make the whole experience first class. Well done!

Just had the pleasure of seeing Tim at the counter this evening, who couldn?t have been more helpful with finding replacement screws for our old cot. Really impressive customer service at the end of what was probably a long day, so thanks very much Tim ?.

I have used Screwfix for decades and rarely had anything but 5 star opinions in the branches but my last purchase was what I feel is appalling customer service backup. Since moving house i travel about 36 mile round trip to use Screwfix but make the effort although less frequent than my many visits to the wonderful Maidstone branch when I lived there.My latest purchase included a can if expanding foam that i needed on the day I purchased it. I went early so i could seal around new bifold doors in my living room as guests were due for lunch.When I got home and went to dinner the job I found that the foam canister had no nozzle and according to my understanding on the can there should be a detachable tube nozzle to fit on the cone shaped fitting of the can.I contacted the support people who said they could not just send me the nozzle in the post but i had to drive back to the branch and swap the can for another. Its costs more for an slmost 40 mile trip than the cost of the product so most likely just buy one at my local hardware shoo and cease my long term support of Screwfix, which is a pity but if a branch cannot fix their error without major impact on the customer then they are not a company I wish to support.

Popped into bexhill branch for hose for air con unit. Fab service from David, a manager, solved a problem easily with his knowledge of using with different products linked together. Very helpful, knowledgable and professional. Five star service. Thank you

Went into Bexhill store today to collect am item. The lady who served me asked if I had used the app to order. I said I had. She then asked if I had got my discount on offer. I said no. She said don't worry I will refund it to you then re order and I can apply the discount via your phone app. She went a country mile out of her way to help me and save me money. I thanked her for her exemplary service. I will be using them much more in the future if this standard of service continues. Well done young lady see you again soon ?
