Great staff who are always helpful..examples today by charming young man who served me(about 5ish on 8th.April)Bexhill-on-Sea needs shops like this,as does every town in the U.K.

I have never had any bad experiences in here the ppl are great and all go above and beyond for me I even lost an expensive phone that they handed back to me, they have my backing, ps they was awesome through covid .

I went to collect a parcel ehich they couldn't find, this I accept as its not their fault. A young checkout person was helpful but the other lady was dismissive, rude and patronising.

Allegedly open 10am - 10pm, but are constantly closed what feels like multiple times a day for hours at a time because of any possible excuse. So unreliable and so much time wasted making attempts to shop at my local "convenience" store.

Awful! Telling me my deliveries are not there when they are! Can?t get pushchair round shop because of too many cages scattered in the shop. Staff are bloody rude

Brought a chicken curry from there the chicken was rock hard and it had stringy bits in it I don?t know wether that is due to their terrible temperatures In there but ill be surprised if I don?t catch food poising or something from that monstrosity I just ate . Wish me luck

I sometimes use the cashpoint and just yesterday I mistakenly left a £20 note on the counter. I returned around two hours later and asked the staff if they had seen a purple note floating about the place? They had, and returned it to me. Thank you guys.

Staff are friendly but is often shut when it's meant to be open often full of cages if stock and lots of stock missing as well . Needs to be open the hours it should be and not be doing restocking and deliveries when it's open

Absolutely rubbish. Don't bother with this lot. It's supposed to be a local convenience store and 50 - 50 whether it will be open or not. it's later at night when they are most needed that they are at they're most unhelpful. They close to restock , they close to replinish cash point , they close to take a delivery there's nothing they can't do without closing and they locked the door at 9.56 refusing to let me get a bag of sugar so lazy staff who just can't wait to get off. Don't bother. There's plenty more reliable choices close by in sidley. I've sent a complaint to head office but It'll probably go in the nearest bin.

Half the time this shop is closed because there isn't enough staff or there is a delivery. When it is open, it really depends which staff are on, as to how you get treated. I go in here a lot and most of the time I get attitude from staff because dropping off or collecting parcels seems to be a massive inconvenience in their lives. Other times I go in there and I'm welcomed and its no problem at all that I have parcels.
