Order incomplete impossible to get phone answered.went in person 8am Saturday morning.got into the most upsetting and embarrassing confrontation with awful manageress.an uber driver decided to join in and insult me.and moronic white van men shouted out vile abuse.I?m 68 and found the whole experience really upsetting.never never never touching this place again?.change the staff,change the management please.

I visited on 06/02/25 and got terrible food poisoning after ordering some chicken selects and the wrap of the day. Furthermore, they forgot my coke that I ordered so I had to ask for that again. Hopefully this was just a one off.

Very good atmosphere and service. They are very attentive and kind. The children's area was closed and some of the children's play screens do not work. The food was good and the nuggets were especially good. By the way, on our visit the 20 nuggets were worth a pound more than the 9 nuggets, so it's not worth taking the 9 nuggets.

Couldn't order food, app was useless. Didn't get charged but still took points I used on the order and didn't get those back. Waited ages to discover my order wasn't going through.
