Didn't get before and after alignment results. Only the first out of alignment one as they said they were unable to do the correction at that branch so will need to take it into Toyota to get it done properly!

Lachlan, Ryan and Ethan did a fantastic job today when I pulled in without an appointment and replaced 2 tyres, a wiper blade and headlamp bulb, and made sure that I left with my van in a roadworthy condition. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time and I highly recommend.

I am upset with the Customer service it was poor we even called to let him know we was going to be late, the traffic was terrible with a crash we already payed and we didn?t get our money back.

Extremely Disappointed ? Felt Misled and Taken Advantage Of
I recently took my car to Kwik Fit for a service, and I was really shocked by the experience. I was told I needed new brakes urgently and quoted £750 for the job ? which felt completely over the top. The way it was presented made it seem like my car was unsafe to drive, and it came across as scare tactics.
As a woman, I couldn?t shake the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me, assuming I wouldn?t know any better. But I do know about cars ? and I rely heavily on mine for work, both at a hospital and as a weekend carer.
What makes it worse is that this same Kwik Fit branch carried out my MOT in March, with no advisories, and even replaced two front tyres at the time. Not a single mention of brake issues then ? so how did it suddenly become an emergency now?
This whole experience felt dishonest and really put me off. I?ve since cancelled my subscription and won?t be returning. Sadly, I know I?m not the only one who?s been treated this way ? even a relative of mine had a very similar experience at the same branch.
Would not recommend.

I phoned at 20 to 5 on a Friday with a slow puncture and they told me to bring it straight down. They were brilliant and so accommodating.

I have been going here for years. The service is superb, the staff, helpful, considerate and very knowledgeable..The only downside is this garage is dark, depressing and desperately needs updating. If it wasn't for the great staff and service I would not go there.
