I paid £30 for nothing! Nothing came after 2 hours! It didn't say it was closed so I ordered some food and I waited 2 hours for NOTHING.

when i ordered a rice box they did not put rice in the RICEbox. i ordered 3 rice boxes and no rice in any. i tried to phone to tell them about this and no answer at all

Good when it's not busy. Pretty miserable when it is. Not enough staff to cope in busy times. Try and pick times before lunch and it should be ok

The chicken is always crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. I always order on the self-Order machine.
The place is clean and in good shape in the morning. However the female toilet is a bit smelly.

Waited for a while, at the drive through, one car in front. I ordered one easy item. Drove to the window, girl doing another order, I understand they have to multitask but wasn't even acknowledged. So drove off as I had already waited some time.

Out of 4 meals, 2 had completely wrong burgers, one wasn't a tower as ordered, and the other had its side missing. Staff moody and uninterested.
Restaurant seems to prioritise delivery companies over other customers, and general housekeeping is poor (we'd been in just over an hour and saw no one wiping tables or sweeping floor.
On a positive note, the coffee machine & krushems machine were working (though coffee machine was on half measures)

40 minutes in the drive through, either there's a national shortage of chicken or the chickens are hatching, the management need to sort the staff resources cause at this rate there is not staff in there

Waiting over 25mins for food to be packed. Delivery orders keep getting put ahead of kiosk orders. Infuriating.
