Only found it to be a good experience when shopping here. Staff OK when you can find one to help. Did pick up a microwave oven during Covid period and it went like clock work after ordering on the internet and choosing the click and collect option. Staff very nicely brought the microwave out and placed it in my boot.

It was easy to walk around and select what we wanted. Currys have a large selection of pretty much everything electrical. Staff were friendly and helpful. ?

Unless the staff are at a desk or checkout, you stand no chance of tracking down a staff member, and when we did find someone to talk to about the products, it was clear we already knew more than the tech staff.

Took ages for someone to help us, but we did get a really good deal on a freezer. When we came back, one of the staff members was on the radio calling his colleagues, I think he thought we were shop lifting or something.The staff were helpful though, they took the freezer to our car for us.

Helpful staff and always have printer ink on stock which is great when it runs out 2pm on a Sunday. Tempted with a coffee maker with 60% off so maybe going back soon.
