Beware! The telephone number 0844 is Premium Rate and costs £1.00 per minute, they had me on hold for over 15 minutes and that cost me £16.90, what an absolute stitch up.\\n\\nI was trying to buy a new phone from them but that is clearly not going to happen now, so they have lost a sale of £1000+, not a great business model.

Never going back. Staff looking unprofessional and lost in space. Compared with the staff who was working in Hastings branch is a painful difference. Nobody answer on the phone as well and the waiting time is just unbelievable. One person in front of me, was already there when I arrive took more than one hour. Worst experience for awhile

Great service from 2 brilliant members of staff. Couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend using this store for new phone or upgrades.

Very helpful service from Pavel and Alfie. Prob with i phone 6s. They went to no end of trouble to try and sort it for me. Eventually suggested I take it in person to Applestore in Brighton. There they acknowledged mine was a known problem and exchanged the phone on the spot with a further 90 day warranty. Highly recommend Carphone Warehouse at Ravenside.

Improve customer service! Got there c1750 tonight to buy iPad, having checked online which said they closed at 2000. Eventually found member of staff, at c1755 he said he couldn't serve me tonight as they closed at 1800. Now ordered item from Argos (Sainsbury's), just off to collect it. Currys PC World lost £500 sale.

Luke at the bexhill store, helped answer any questions my mum & I had, to help narrow down the search for which laptop would suit our needs best. While also helping another women at the same time with the same issue. When we were all about to leave we realised, he was actually due his lunch at the time he was helping us, but at no point did he say he would need to get another colleague to help us as he is due his lunch or rush off. He remained helpful and stayed with us regardless.

Very happy with the service from the carphone store in Bexhill, they did everything they could to save us money. Including our mobiles, broadband and Energy. We ending up saving £700 over the year. Would definetly recommend
