What a gem, amazing quality items. Clean, tidy, so well presented. Great taste, I loved it and bought a lot. Although I felt they could do slightly better when it comes to customer service which was still great honestly. Lovely lovely people but while I bigged them up and expressed appreciation the two times visits, I somehow was made to feel I was given them extra work which is definitely true since I bought a lot and returned the next day to exchange just a few items that didn?t fit which I should be allowed. They were very nice indeed no question of it but It?s the sellers job to make my life easiest not the other way around. I worked in Support my whole life and personally would have tried to make the client feel valued and say it was no trouble at all. I get they are doing their best but feedback can only improve the experience of the next person. Again outstanding staff, it is just my personal perspective. I will still love to go back there again but certainly won?t buy lots at once. I can?t take away how great of a job they did overall in the choice and display of their merchandise compared to other shops. So I highly recommend it.

A real 'heart' of the community! It?s always well-stocked with quality items which regularly change. Probably the fairest prcing and best ambience out of all the charity shops in town (some others are significantly quieter with higher prices, so BHF have got that sweet spot!).
A special shout-out to Maria, who?s there on Sundays?her smile and attentive nature truly always makes for a heartwarming experience, many other in retail could do with learning from her!

Nice little shop. However, there is no ramp for disabled access ? so my sister couldn't come in. Prices in charity shops have increased over the last few months, sometimes the same as buying new.

The ladies and I think one man I see are always smiling. I have purchased many items over the last 15 years since living here. I actually go here first , so nice to look around the shop with such a friendly atmosphere. I head from London that this is number one in the country. Many travel to pay Bexhill , Heart Foundation a visit.....Fab â?¥?
