I visited this store this morning, and had the best customer experience. After having issues with a voucher I received, a very lovely member of your team done everything she could to help me, she also took her time to help me to find a new perfume. Her patience, friendliness and knowledge was so refreshing, I wish I caught her name to thank her in my review personally, but she is a great asset to your team as I felt very welcomed, and left with the best experience.

I popped into Boots today as I needed a new travel hair dryer. I wanted to look at them before purchasing. Your shop assistant Gaynor was exceptionally helpful but the ones we looked at weren't suitable for me so I left. Gaynor found another travel hair dryer on the travel department and came after me. We went back into Boots and had a look. Perfect. Thank you so much Gaynor for going out of your way and finding me. She was actually just going on her break when I first asked her. Gold star ?

Baffling that the pharmacy counter is almost never staffed?! We as customers are not allowed to get disgruntled but if you need an over the counter item you have to queue in the prescription counter, this then moves the staff member to to counter and annoys the people waiting for prescriptions.
Not the staffs fault but poor management.
We are always going to need a chemist so please help us and your staff and man this counter.

Came into store to print some pictures of my fathers who?s recently passed away ? 11 photos paid 6.05p for them got home and only half my photos had been printed ? I called an called the store for over an hour not a single person answered ?. I came back to store to be told they can?t answer the phone as they are so short staffed (WHY ARE YOU EVEN OPEN) I was then told they?d be refunding me the difference and not giving me my photos or a credit to reprint because they can?t do this ? I need the photos for an event tomorrow an now have to wait for a refund to go through which will be after tomorrow so no photos for the special day tomorrow. Staff are incredibly rude insensitive and clearly don?t want to be at work 3 staff in the whole store on a weekend ??!! I was then a told by the till staff ?you can always help us out? how unprofessional making your store problems part of your customers problems !

The till operator on the ground floor with dark hair and vibrant blue eyes is a joy...always there to assist,always cheerful,always a credit to Boots..

Worst customer service. This boots chain will never answer the phone, I am a vulnerable person and they can't find the time to answer their prescription line. I don't see any reason Boots Ravenside even having a phone number to call if they never answer/pick-up then end your call. Negative, Negative, Negative. Stay clear from this branch.
