I was sent my medication all but one of my urgent medication,they said they would send it within a couple of days, still not received it and have ran out now, I rang them and they said it was still in there locked cupboard but I could not have it as it was over the 28 days since prescribed and have sent gp urgent prescription request, and I would receive it the next day, I got a text from them saying it would be delivered in the morning it is gone 1pm now and still not received it,have rang non stop but not answering the phone,this is a pain medication for cancer and I'm struggling!!

Been twice now to pickup an order. Long queues and only two staff. Front desk closed.

Very disappointing visit, 20 minutes plus waiting in a queue with only one person serving. When I asked why the young man said he had asked for someone to help already but no one came to support him .when I asked why his said his was doing his best , I was not questioning that as he seemed to be very good with the customer.
So his asked for support again from back, and some opened the other till. To be told, I will have to wait 30 minutes more.
Then, there were ten or more customers behind me, waiting.
Not good service, Boots.
Only why out no one maning the till by doors so had to walk store to find someone to pay. Told this is normal.

I?ve been in and out of the pharmacy here these past couple of days, and the people were lovely and very helpful. I went in to pick a prescription up yesterday, and it had accidentally been sent to a different pharmacy, which I was unaware of, but he checked thoroughly to make sure it wasn?t a mistake on their side. I came back in today and he was very friendly, helpful and component at his job. The lovely lad who served me actually made an unpleasant experience rather nice.

Really bad experience today, I had a prescription stating I needed to take 1g twice a day and the pharmacist refused to give me 500mg tablets as she said it was illegal! Totally incompetent and unhelpful, I hate to think how regular users are treated.

The pharmacy is not fit for purpose. Prescriptions are never ready no matter how long you leave it. Queues are long and slow. I had a terrible experience there today and the lady behind the counter was very rude, slamming papers on the counter and refusing to speak to me.

While I have never found the staff to be rude, it?s a little ridiculous that that every time I go to the pharmacy there is a 15+ minute wait in a queue just to say you?re their to collect the prescription. Then, a 30+ minute wait to collect prescription. They have been reliable, previously to 2023, but, for whatever reason they are no longer as prompt as the once were. I would suggest they consider utilising their text service and sending a text as soon as they have made up the prescription packet. I really think I should change to another pharmacy, not because I want to, but because they don?t seem to be improving.

Must be the most poorly maintainedboots store around. If your going here to collect a prescription be prepared to wait for 20-30 mins.

Went to boots today to try and get some photos printed upstairs staff where very friendly with helping me out with the machine but unfortunately it wouldn?t let me pay Evan tho I tried another machine but still wouldn?t let me pay

It's good for a small boots store they do the essentials especially for bubba's and maternity needs.Most of the stuff I have for my child I get from here ?
