Dropped in my laptop which had stopped switching on. Rob worked out it was faulty RAM and replaced the RAM. Rob also gave some advice on upgrading to Windows 11. I am very happy to have taken this into BCR

Rob did a gaming build for my son. I had a budget and he took plenty of time to listen to what I needed and explain what hardware would be required for my needs. The PC looks amazing and performs well on all the games my son plays. My son is thrilled and loves how he can change the colours. I would recommend Rob as he?s honest and explains everything for a layman like me.

I called with Rob to have my laptop repaired, he assessed the damage and gave me a price for the parts which would be required, he then advised me that it was probably not worth repairing it and showed me several similar models which could be obtained on e bay for a cheaper price. I am an elderly person so my knowledge of computers is limited but I did succeed in buying another laptop, Rob transferred all my data on to it. I wish to express my thanks to him for his honest approach as he could have just given me a price and charged for the repair. I have no hesitation in recommending his first class service and honesty.

My thanks to BCR for fixing a very perplexing USB issue on my PC. I know it was a very rare bug that took you a long time and many hours to research, diagnose and fix.

I popped into the BCR shop today to enquire about some general things to do with printer drivers and setting up a new Mac mini M4 and curved monitor set up. I wasn?t actually spending any money or needing Rob?s repair help ?-which I?m sure is very capable. Regardless Rob was extremely helpful in explaining some details of wiring and cables for my set up that i am currently installing. Very friendly and helpful?.it?s good to know there is a APPLE Mac specialist in the area. As well as for PC. computer users.
