We've been to this pub as a small group of four a few times now and each time the service has been fantastic. Friendly, attentive easy going, lovely staff. The food is very good especially the Sunday roasts. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent, food was exceptional, I had the pork belly, the meat was flavorful and tender while the crackling was cooked to perfection. A really lovely place.

Tessa and her team always make you feel welcome. We normally are a Sunday Roast customer who are the last time slots on a Sunday due to working and the roast is always as good as it the first. Thank you for always fitting us in ??

I took my mother in law to lunch on Saturday. Also my extremely fussy son came too. The food was so tasty. They were very accommodating with my sons fussiness. The staff were lovely. The £10 lunch menu was an absolute bargain. I highly recommend.

Lovely atmospheric pub and staff. It wasn't too busy but there was a steady stream of diners throughout the time we were there. Plenty of seating. The manager and chef were very helpful when my dietary requirements were mentioned. I had a very tasty burger and chips.

I was in need of a meal late afternoon and came here. One of the best Sundays roasts I have had for a very long time. I had the pork that had a good crackling. Plenty of gravy. Service was friendly and on point. I would certainly go back if I was more local.

Very attentive team and lovely variety of food served at the gin tasting. It was fun to learn about, and taste, excellent gin made locally at St Leonard?s by Copperpot distilleries. A friendly pub and warm, professional service.

Warm and inviting with a cosy log fire, excellent friendly service. Great menu, with vegan options available. Food allergies and intolerance easily catered for. Really delicious food, beautifully served and piping hot. My first visit since it changed hands a year ago, but definitely won't be my last. Highly recomended.
