The venue was great, the staff were helpful in the extreme and the food was delicious. The downsides were the size of the venue, it was not great so it would be ideal for a smaller party, though I'm not saying it is cramped. There is no parking on site but a public car park is within 50 yards, there are no barriers to stop... read full comment

The Pilgrims Rest is a wonderful venue. I visited years ago when it was a tea room and was so excited when I found out it was now a wedding venue. My partner and I just had our wedding here and it was the most perfect day. Waverley and Amy were everything you could ask for, facilitating viewings, answering big and small... read full comment

Goddaughter got married there, absolutely loved it, quirky but that's the appeal.
