Sorry but not impressed, ordered a small bouquet for my Mum?s birthday but it was all foliage and hardly any flowers. Instead of a look of joy when she saw them all I could see was disappointment. I don?t live in Battle so couldn't be bothered to complain in person but please do better guys.

We were given a warm, friendly welcome when we arrived in the shop and shown such kindness when we explained we needed to order a floral arrangement for a funeral. The flowers on the day were everything we hoped for, freshest of flowers, lovely arrangement and beautiful colour combination. Great customer service and beautiful flowers from a lovely family business. Highly recommend!

I made a foolish mistake with the delivery details of my flower order and contacted The Joy of Flowers immediately. Although they could not divert my delivery, the staff went out of their way to send a further bouquet to the intended recipient without any fuss. What excellent customer service!! It is so very rare to find such kindness and I was incredibly appreciative of their swift and generous response. And the flowers were STUNNING! What a fabulous business.

I had a wonderful experience with The Joy of Flowers and cannot recommend them enough.I went in two days before my wedding to pick out my wedding bouquet with my mum and mother in law (who had only just got into town) and the team were so helpful. I showed them a photo of the sort of thing I was looking for and they created a gorgeous replica using similar flowers with what they had in the shop. They were also great at helping us arrange them and gave us instructions on how best to keep them ahead of the wedding in two days.The flowers themselves were stunning and I got so many compliments on them on the day - I felt so lucky and will definitely be heading back when I next have any flower needs.

Massive thank you to the ladies over the bank holiday weekend. We were on a little trip away and got recommended here from someone local. It did not disappoint at all. Having two kids with us they were super welcoming and very friendly. It took me a while to make a decision on which plants to pick but they were so helpful. I wish we lived closer to keep adding to our forever growing indoor plant collection.

Amazing staff, very good price and absolutely incredible delivery service. I ordered a medium bouquet over the phone and asked for a message to be sent with the flowers too, My girlfriend had the flowers delivered to her within a couple hours of the oder being made along with the message being hand written in a lovely attachment to the flowers.Thank you,Travis H
