We booked here for a spa day, we were warmly welcomed on arrival and filled in all the usual medical info. The treatments we had were brilliant, the girls who carried them out were knowledgeable, professional and did a great job, despite both being very new in to the beauty industry. Stayed over Christmas they just needed to let the staff know about pool opening times etc that was the only

Decided to get gel nails done here on my stay. The ladies were lovely, but the first nail came off within a few hours! After 3 days, they had all peeled off and looked worse than not having them done at all.Was quite disappointed and feel this service shouldn't be offered if it can't be done well.
