Served raw egg in a quiche. Although it was replaced it was done with little customer care. No offer was made as compensation for what was a clear health and safety breach, only a couldn't care less attitude. Previously been good, but a disgrace this time.

Never been dissatisfied with blackbrooks.
We love the butcher?s, the cafe does great food! The Christmas displays are fantastic and staff are more than helpful.

Lovely place to visit !! There is quite a bit of things to do such as buying garden items, shopping for clothes & having a lovely lunc/r snack. And don't forget to go the butchery department. They have the most delicious pieces of meat I have ever tasted ? ? ???

Love going here, calm atmosphere and friendly service at the cafe from Eve who was constantly busy the whole time. Nice clothing, show selection and kitchen, stationary and food etc?

Don't expect it to be cheap but there is lots to see and buy including clothes plants sheds tools and of course plants food is good too

Well stocked garden centre with easy parking. I was considering buying some bedding plants and received lots of knowledgeable advice from a very approachable and helpful staff member, Geoff.

Went to Blackbrooks to day to have some food . I was unfortunately put off having food because of the blue bottle flys on the uncoved food . You can get ill from this especially if you are elderly unlikely to recamend eating hear to family and friends
