I was in town and decided to draw out some cash. I went in but only had my phone with me as all my cards are held within the Google wallet. I found it hard to believe that they don't have a card reader you can use. I told the cahier I could give her my sort code and account number off the top of my head, no good. I had a photo of my passport on my phone, no good. I have the Lloyds app on my phone, so I could access my account as proof, no good. The only thing they can accept is my physical card, which I no longer carry as everywhere else has joined the 21st century and can process electronic transactions. The only suggestion she and her colleague could offer was for me to go to a shop and ask of cash back. I noticed a sign saying, "This branch will be closing in July 2024". I wonder why? Well if you can't even get your own money from them what is the point of them being there. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because at least they were polite when telling me I can't have my money.

Queues. Glass protection for tellers makes conversation difficult when next customers are talking and discussing account with teller privately is impossible.
