Best chippy in the northwest. Huge portions of chips cooked fresh. Massive fish, well seasoned proper mushy peas. Cant believe hoe cheap it is for the portion size.

went for a ride to Withernsea and felt like a chippy tea, our normal place was full so tried this little gem we often bypass and wow food was delish, I had burger and chips (without the grease) and it was lovely so won't be bypassing this chippy no more xx

Had a day in Withernsea and although I wasn't there for long, I was absolutely determined to have Fish and Chips at the seaside. Due to a strange twist of events, I wasn't able to go in to the chippy myself, but my dear old mother went in and ordered for us - and they were very accommodating, did a nice fresh cod for myself, a roe (which a lot of seaside towns don't do!) and two hearty portions of chips all for about £15 give or take. Absolutely recommended, food was cooked to perfection. Bang on.

Dangerous if you have coeliac disease! They say their fish is made with gluten free batter, but then it's cooked in the same oil as ordinary batter, and served with the same utensils, no concern about cross contamination. Pointless.

Gluten free fish and chips, but fried in the same oil. Also, dog friendly.
Very nice fish and chips. Kids was well served size wise.
