“What a gem of a place, staff great, food great and so busy. Glad we got there when we did or we’d have missed out on the food. Accommodation was very good, quiet, plenty of parking, load of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, all high quality ingredients. Would definitely stay there again. TIP book a table for dinner.

“Nice place with nice grounds and pleasant rooms. Loved the siutes of armour by the entrance all very medieval. Food was pretty good too. Staff were polite and attentive in the restaurant although they seemed really rushed as it was a full house that evening and things came out of the kitchen in a drip feeds. No Major issue and it happens when its busy and it didn't detract from our evening.”
