Table service was quick until I got the share box nuggets and chicken pieces boneless box opened up spare compartment no chips my thoughts was they forgot but no extra price and was £11 think prices have rocketed burgers ? got smaller

It's a nice place. Ideal for a break from driving. Service is good. Food is hot and prompt. Clean tables. Music is a little too loud. Toilets are very clean.

Shiptonthorpe McDonalds. Went today 10 July 515pm very ignorant sarcastic guy on the drive thru speaker. If I wasn?t with the family I would?ve gone in. He needs moving to a none public facing role, I?m sure others will have experienced him.

I ordered from the drive thru and they sent me to wait for my food so i went in and went to the toilet and came back out to the car i realised id lost my phone so i went back in and spoke to a lovely lad named jack and he went and checked for me and did the best he could to help when he went and checked and couldn?t find anything i said no worries ill just come back another time but he said he?ll make sure he goes and looks for it which was very helpful luckily i found it in the car but my experience was very good and jack helped a lot he had very good customer service.

Could the food BE any smaller? Typical McDonald's over rated over priced cheap food knocked out and extortionate prices. Staff and property polite and clean. But the food is terrible as in portion sizes versus cost. Do yourself a favour and support the roadside cafes.
