Needed adhesive to stick a 1 metre length of upstand at back of worktop. Got good recommendation about which product to use. Bought their recommendation ,looks great. Very pleased.

Quite a small builders merchants in Pocklington, they have an ok selection of goods, but a bit pricey, not the most helpful or friendly staff. There is a better builders merchants in market weighton huws Grays but that's 8 miles away, but worth the journey.

Excellent customer service and kindness today from counter staff and delivery driver, I didn't catch his name but he knows who he is. Gravel delivered and placed right where I wanted it. All within an hour of me being in the shop. What a great team, thank you so much. Mrs H Stanley,

I have used Travis Perkins in pocklington since I moved here 4 years ago and I keep going back day after day. Mike and Brett are fantastic in the yard always willing to help as always friendly. Chris and Dave inside always helping customers as I'm there with questions. New manager John is nice and always up for a friendly chat, Tim is my main go to guy at Travis as he has previous plastering experience so always the first to help and even understands what I'm after and what I'm looking for even with some of he strange requests my customers give me. Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely superb service from TP Pocklington today. Ordered some gravel for our driveway to be delivered by on arrival the lorry was too big to get to our drive. Rather than just dump the load, they took it back and contacted me to find an alternative solution to our requirements. Arranged for smaller bags and came back out same day with two guys who delivered by hand to door. Thank you so much all involved you were brilliant.

A great shop with fantastic customer service. I had ordered some fence stain at TP online, on opening it after delivery every tub was damaged, and leaking. I was unable to get through to the delivery company or to the online sales. Called our local branch. Special thanks to Chris who took control of the situation, brought me more paint within one hour! and arranged to remove the damaged goods. Thank You !!
