Making an appointment was easy online.Turned up a few minutes late due to parking issues. They were fine and still ready for me. From first making my appointment to have my annual eye check,everything went smoothly. Staff helped me with advice re new glasses once I knew I needed them and when I went to make sure they fitted, I had the same Lady who was very nice and helpful.A positive experience for me.
