Haven?t used a Travel Agent in England for s few years and wasn?t sure what to expect. But I?m glad I stumbled upon Hays. They took my ideas for a holiday and made a few suggestions and now booked for carefree holiday in France. They have kept me abreast of the travel situation in the UK and we are confident that they will be there if something should happen with our travel plans. If you aren?t using a travel agent for your holiday planning, now is the time to begin.

I called in and was greeted in a rather unpleasant manner by keyleigh. I ignored her rudeness and gave her the details of the holiday I was looking to book and in 6 days she still hasn't got back to me with a quote. In the meantime I've been into Tui who were lovely and really nice to deal with and I've booked my Mexican holiday with them. Quite honestly my experience with Hays in pock was terrible.
