Coffee in an art gallery! Plus, we've just had the BEST pudding we've ever had! Sold to us as a cheesecake egg but sooo much more than that! Not cheesecake-like at all - hidden eggs, cake, caramel sauce - it was divine! I had just eaten my carrot cake, we both had loads of egg and still had half to take out with us! With a coffee for less than £15. Thank you. Lovely greeting from the chef and waitress of course- along with the art work ???

Good food in a peaceful country setting. Suitable for all age groups and all disabilities. Small but ample car park. Seating inside and outside. The outside seating areas consist of a marquee and picnic benches under the trees. Well behaved dogs are welcome on a lead and outside only.
Parking: Parking is down a lane at the rear of the tearooms.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and waitress service.

By looks of it some people using reviews as some sort of local protest which is totally unhelpful. I found the place really nice on my bike travels. I was genuinely surprised how nice it was inside and food was great. They were busy so warned me it might be 15min wait but it came much quicker than that. I was on a bike so sat outside and really good for that as plenty of space to lean bike close by without fear of it going missing. Will definitely be returning.

Owners opposed and animal hospital being built nearby as they didn't want development taking place in the countryside. But it's ok for them to operate an overpriced teahouse in the countryside though I guess!They'd say it's more in keeping with the area. But have you seen those tacky signs they have outside, blighting a beautiful area?
