Good sized venue, well kept interior pleasant and welcoming. Staff helpful and cheerful. Good sized car park at rear of property, Outside space shaded by trees giving protection from the sun. Overall very good venue, nice meeting place with variety of drinks available.

Went here with family as visiting them, on arrival was obvious they had a private party going on, we asked at the bar was it OK to have a drink and was told yes but no food, that was OK ordered drinks and paid when we sat at table noticed lipstick marks on glass, went to bar to ask for clean glass was told we have no clean wine glasses, not happy with that asked again for a clean glass and was offered a pint beer glass! No not happy with that they then put into a gin glass guess what lipstick marks on glass, they then took drink into kitchen and on return gave us the drink it still had lipstick marks on, so in my humble opinion I question the cleanliness of the establishment

The pub itself is in a nice location.
The food was very nice and cannot fault.
The service however was dismal. We ate at 6.30pm and the restaurant was not busy, we had to wait for drinks, the staff were not knowledgeable about what drinks were available.
We were not asked if everything was okay with the meal, or asked if we wanted another drink......so we didn't have one!. There was 3 serving staff who were stood around talking, they should spend a little more attention on the customers eating.
The food really was nice!

Visited here today and enjoyed a lovely meal with the family.
The pub has a fresh look from the outside. It?s very clean gardens is well maintained and welcoming. Plenty of free car parking with security cameras for added safety.
Inside is clean and welcoming.
The staff (two young females) were amazing very friendly helpful and professional. We ordered drinks and were told please go sit down and we?ll bring you your drinks.
The food was delicious I had fish and chips and this was beautiful, steak and ail pie, fish pie and scampi. Side we had onion rings. All of this food was cooked to perfection and hot with good sized positions.
For dessert it was double chocolate pecan brownies with ice cream and I had rice pudding with pears. Again this was delicious.
We were not rushed and the service from this two members of staff was spot on.
Would I visit here again? Definitely yes
Would I recommend this venue? Definitely yes

Friendly ,helpful staff. Clean,tidy,peaceful surroundings.
Food well priced and beyond expectations. Ordered a steak sandwich which was cooked to perfection and served with possibly the best triple cooked chips I've ever tasted. Simply couldn't finish it all but wished I could have. I would mark it 5 stars save for wheelchair accessibility could be a bit better, bit of a squeeze but possible.

Booked a table for Sunday lunch in advance.
Swift and very attentive service.
The food was fantastic and the wait time for food was perfectly timed.
The Roast chicken was succulent and cooked beautifully. One of our party had the veggie option and said their nut roast was delicious and flavoursome. The veg was fresh and delicious perfectly accompanied by the crispy roast potatoes & mash along with the huge Yorkshire pudding.
We also tried the deserts and the Brownie & Ice cream was absolutely delicious.
Overall fab service, delicious food, very generous portions and very reasonably priced. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We regularly stop off for a drink whilst walking the dog and she is allowed in which is amazing.
All the staff are very friendly and are always attentive to your needs

We're local to here, but have never been here before ????? And what an epic meal we had, we'll definitely be back.
We were going to have a Sunday dinner in our local, but it was really busy, so decided to venture somewhere else. A quick Google later and we arrived.
It was quiet busy, lots of folk having Xmas dinners, but we managed to get a table for two ? Service was a little slow, but considering how busy things were, we were more than happy to wait a little. All the staff were really pleasant and helpful, though I nearly ended up with a beer that I didn't order ?
But the food, wow, we weren't expecting this. A really great set of starters, but the star of the show were the mains. Everything was cooked amazingly well ?? The veg, which loads of pubs mess up, were perfect; the right about of tender and crunch. The meat was amazing, but the beef was the star of the show; it was only eclipsed by the Yorkshire puddings, which were brilliant.
If you've not been before, add this to the list of great Sunday dinner places to go. If you've been before, well done, as we've lived nearby for years and never realised this place ?

First visit here and it wasn't disappointing. Sunday lunch was fab. Everything well cooked, perfect seasoning and beef cooked medium, and so tender. Yorkshire puddings awesome too. Overall a great lunch and a lovely friendly team. ??

Came here on spec for a meal, although it was busy they accomadated us with a table no problem. The meal was delicious and was a good, hearty portion .The service excellent.

Good food as usual at the Swan. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. The choice of food is varied. I had the belly pork which I would not normally choose and it was very tasty. The venue is a good combination of drinking pub and gastro eating establishment.

9 of us went for a family meal as 3 of us had birthdays. We were sat by 7.30. Starters didn?t arrive until 8.20 and then one starter we had to ask for as it wasn?t brought out.The mains then came out at 9.10. There was no communication from the staff regarding the wait on food, and we weren?t approached and asked if we wanted more drinks during the waits. There was probably 50% of the restaurant seats taken, and no reason for the delay was communicated. The food was fine, just a disappointing service.
