Have always enjoyed stopping here for brunch or lunch after a walk following the Yorkshire Wolds Way. Menu is limited for me as the poached/scrambled eggs on toast have been replaced with posh eggs on toast eg eggs royale/benedict etc, also toast which is sourdough doesn't agree with me there is a toasted teacake expensive... read full comment

Sooo sad to hear you are to close. Have enjoyed your food and service for the last few years and will very much miss lunch at the FD with a walk from Market Weighton. You got it right. Such a shame. All the best for the future
