Just went to the petrol station and none of the pumps work properly. Very dissatisfied.

Very convenient as I live in market Weighton. Sometimes the fuel prices take a long time to change even when other petrol stations in the area have reduced their prices.

PAY AT PUMP ONLY. Does not state on Google page. Only petrol station in 8 mile radius. Useless for business vehicles using fuel cards....

Supplies petrol , that's all i want , no complaints . As far as i know it's the only petrol station actually in Market Weighton , so in effect it is both the highest and the lowest priced in the town at the same time . Pay at pump is not , and needs not to be a problem .

Although the Tesco in Market Weighton is quite a small branch, it does have the benefit of having a little fuel station attached, bringing cheaper fuel to the town. That's *cheaper*, not *cheap*, as it is slightly more expensive than many other supermarket fuel stations around the country, and according to one car dealership I spoke with, its not the best quality fuel. However, it's still the cheapest fuel in the town of Market Weighton and there are no "price match" type stations in the area.It is very small, boasting merely two multi-grade pumps, so at full efficiency it can handle four vehicles at once (assuming that two vehicles are nearside fill, and two offside). Do beware though that one of the pumps is frequently out of service (the one on your left as you drive in) and coned off, seemingly for no apparent reason. Luckily, it's never tremendously busy, and traffic flow through the pumps is usually relatively smooth.Unfortunately for those who prefer the personal touch, it is a fully automated station, so there are no cash payment facilities. This means that you'll need both your Tesco Clubcard, and your credit/debit card with you. And here's a useful tip for those requiring the diesel pump - be sure to keep a pack of those single-use plastic gloves in the car, as the grips are ALWAYS covered in a generous coat of the oily fluid and it's almost impossible to get off your hands, even with wipes! Also be aware that it's *not* a 24 hour station. The opening hours are 0730 to 2230 daily Monday to Saturday, and 1000-1600 on Sunday. Outside these times your only option is the fuel station on the A1079/A614 roundabout at Shiptonthorpe, about a mile or so to the west. And in addition to costing a few pence extra per litre, there are obviously no Clubcard points to be had! There are a couple of extra services at the station - air and water and 50p for both - so you will still require some loose pocket change.Although it IS an unmanned station, it is generally in good working order (other than the frequent loss of the left pump) and relatively clean - although if you visit in the late evening you may end up stepping in spilled diesel which seems to accumulate, particularly on the tiled area, and could potentially cause a slipping hazard whilst at the pump or make foot to pedal contact a little worrisome after driving away. Be aware.Lastly, as a reward for wading through this rather long review, I'm going to pass on a tip, just for *you*. Not many drivers are aware that the Tesco Fuel Clubcard small print stipulates that points are only awarded on spends that are multiples of TWO POUNDS. So to maximise your points per visit, don't finish on any pound value that cannot be divided exactly by TWO; thus *never* £25 worth, *always* £26 (or £24) and so on. And if visiting for a complete fill up, should the pump click off initially at £65 (for example), you'll generally find that there's plenty of room for an extra quids worth in the tank if you're prepared to take the last bit slowly and carefully. There. That's your free gift for getting to the end of my review, and I wish you happy, safe, and economical motoring!

Completely self service, no staff to assist or pay. Four pumps, so sometimes can get busy. Prices tend to be representing of average UK prices.

Prices are comparable to the rest of the petrol stations around here, but I find there's alqays something wrong with at least one of the pumps, and the air and screen-wash station are very rarely working.

Reasonable priced but no choice for payment other than Pay at the Pump.

Pay at pump only at this one, but quick and easy to do... priced quite reasonable
