USELESS!!! Utterly useless.Even Royal Mail's own customer service call centre told me this morning, "their excuse for not delivering your item is a pretty pathetic one"....They claim they couldn't re-deliver an item due to the address being incomplete (DESPITE THEM ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER THE ITEM TO START WITH WHEN WE WERE OUT), as only the house number and post code was showing on their redelivery system - in which case ANYONE can obtain a full address.CLOWNS.

No words for how rude one woman was in this post office. Made a formal complaint online about her and never heard anything. This vile individual literally shouted at me in front of my daughter!!! Because she wanted to close up but there were a few minutes still to go. I told her NEVER to speak to me like that again, and then she proceeded to scream at me as I walked away down the street. Thinking about it I should've called the police for intimidation and harassment, not to mention that she had clearly committed a public order offence. Disgusting, she must've forgotten her morning meds or something.

So unbelievably rude. If the staff are not careful in here they'll end up being rude to the wrong person who might just snap.... let me put it this way they wouldn't dream of talking to customers like this if they were in certain areas of manchester! It wouldn't be tolerated at all!!!

The post office , the heart any village , town or city. This one in particular is , as any visitor can tell ever popular to its customers and copes very well under strain of heavy use . Well done to the staff here .

Late opening up when people are queing.Always a poor atmosphere,staff to busy chatting to customers about personal business instead of getting the public through and out of the building as quick as possible. As for the man behind the shop counter.. he seriously needs to learn customer service skills,always blunt and miserable I would be amazed if he knew how to smile

I understand that at the moment restrictions are in place, but make sure your telling the correct customer, as the comment I got this morning I'm pretty sure was meant for the person in front of me!
